Herstat Plus+:

Wash hands well before and after applying. Smooth small amount onto the affected area.
- Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to the affected area at least 5 times per day.

Herstat Lip Care Stick:

Use daily, as often as required, between outbreaks. Do not use on active outbreaks - always switch to a cold sore treatment

Adults take 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.
